Lee Young Jun merupakan pemain bola untuk Gimcheon Sangmu yang dipinjamkan dari Suwon FC. Lee lahir di Suwon, Gyeonggi pada 23 Mei 2003. Dengan tinggi 190 cm di usianya yang masih 20 tahun, ia ditempatkan pada posisi penyerang tengah.
Mengutip Transfermarkt, Lee memiliki nilai transfer sebesar €250,000 atau sekitar Rp4 Miliar per Desember 2023. Selain itu, ia pernah meraih prestasi sebagai juara West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) U23 2023/2024.
