SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Arsenal had to settle for a 1-1 draw with hosts Manchester United (MU) in the 29th week of the Premier League, Sunday (9/3/2025) evening WIB.

In the match at Old Trafford, Arsenal had to concede first through Bruno Fernandes' free kick (45'). The goal also closed the first half with a score of 1-0 for MU's advantage.

Arsenal were only able to equalize in the 74th minute through Declan Rice. Receiving a pass from Jurrien Timber, Rice kicked the ball beyond the reach of MU goalkeeper Andre Onana.

For Arsenal, one point at MU's headquarters makes them even further away from the championship title. The reason is, Mikel Arteta's team is 15 points behind Liverpool at the top of the standings.

The Reds - Liverpool's nickname - themselves won 3-1 over visiting team Southampton thanks to goals from Darwin Nunez (51'), and Mohamed Salah (55',88'). Meanwhile, Southampton's one goal was scored in the 45th minute.
