Marc Klok Not Happy as Persib Hold a Goalless Draw Against PSM Makassar

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Persib midfielder Marc Klok said he was ‘unhappy’ after only getting a draw against PSM Makassar in matchday four Liga 1 2024/25 at Batakan Stadium, Balikpapan, Wednesday (11/9/2024).
“The result was 0-0, and (we) draw again. I may be not so happy because we came here to win. However, seeing the game, as our coach said, what was missing here is because we could not score,” Klok said as quoted from Persib official site.
Persib is actually aiming for three points in this match to get back to the top of the table. However, the absence of some key players impacted them so much, especially in the front.
Maung Bandung -Persib nickname- went to the match without some of their stars such as striker David da Silva, midfielder Beckham Putra, Febri Haryadi, and left-back Rezaldi Hehanusa. They were absent because of injury.
On the other hand, Persib also could not bring their reserved goalkeeper Teja Paku Alam due to family reasons.
Previously, Klok was injured and rested by the coaching team when PERSIB played against Dewa United at the Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Bali, on August 19, 2024.
"But, I am happy, I can play in full minutes again after being injured. I am also happy with the performance of all the players. But in the next match, we want to win again," said the Persib team captain.
