SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Persib Bandung is on a mission to get back on the winning track when they face PSM Makassar in the fourth week of the 2024/2025 Liga 1 match at Batakan Stadium, Balikpapan, on Wednesday, (September/11/2024). According to Ciro Alves, the match against PSM is a good opportunity to achieve this goal.
The Brazilian forward said that the team could make the most of the international break to improve their performance. The roughly two-week break is considered enough time for Persib to maximize their preparations.
"This is a good time because we will face PSM Makassar at the right moment. Persib has time to prepare and work hard to show the best in the upcoming match," said the player who wears number 77.
In addition to facing PSM, Ciro Alves also confirmed that the players are maximizing their preparation for a busy schedule this month. Throughout September, PERSIB will play five matches, one of which is in the AFC Champions League Two (ACL 2).
Ciro emphasized that the tight schedule is not a problem. He and his teammates will focus on the nearest match. "For me, this is good and not a problem," he said.
