Persib Players Feel Confident Amid Positive Streak

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Persib Bandung is proving they’re a force to be reckoned with in the BRI Liga 1 2024/25 season. On (11/13/2024), their impressive form continued with a thrilling comeback win in the AFC Champions League Two, reinforcing their unbeaten streak across five matches in both competitions.
Undefeated in their last five matches across both competitions, the team’s confidence is soaring as they prepare to face league leaders Borneo FC Samarinda on (11/22). Coach Bojan Hodak shared, "When we win and stay undefeated in both the league and the AFC games, the players’ morale naturally improves.", as reported by LigaIndonesiaBaru.
During the international break, Persib emphasized recovery to help players regain strength after a packed schedule. Hodak introduced a five-day break, followed by specific recovery programs to address fatigue from the dual competitions.
"The break is beneficial as it gives us more preparation time and a chance to recover after numerous matches," said Hodak. He believes the extra recovery will be crucial as the season progresses.
Persib currently sits third in the Liga 1 standings with 20 points, just one point behind Borneo FC Samarinda and Persebaya Surabaya. They remain the only unbeaten team in the league, setting high expectations for the upcoming clash.
