SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir commended the Garuda squad for their spirited performance in the match against Bahrain on Thursday (10/10). Despite the mixed opinions about the game, he urged the players to remain focused on the upcoming match against China on October 15.

“There have been various perspectives on the Bahrain match. However, I hope that the players and coaching staff have put that behind them and devised a strategy to face China in the next four days. The circumstances are different now, from the weather and physical condition to the opponent's determination to secure their first points. We must concentrate on these factors and be mindful of them,” he emphasized

Thohir also encouraged the supporters to continue backing the players.

"Moving forward, I ask the national team, players, coaching staff, and officials to focus on the upcoming match against China. Let's prove that we can earn more points. I also urge the supporters to maintain their mental support for the players."
