SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Mohamed Salah further cemented his position as the Premier League's top scorer after netting another goal against Wolverhampton in Matchweek 25. His goal helped Liverpool secure a 2-1 victory over Wolves at Anfield on Sunday (2/16).

With this additional goal, Salah has now scored a total of 23 goals this season, four goals ahead of Erling Haaland (Manchester City), who sits in second place with 19 goals. Haaland failed to add to his tally this week, despite Manchester City's 4-0 win over Newcastle United.

In third place, Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood has scored 18 goals after netting one in the match against Fulham. However, his effort was not enough to prevent his team from suffering a 2-1 defeat.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak was unable to find the back of the net after his team lost to Manchester City. The Swedish forward remains in fourth place with 17 goals.

Here is the list of the Premier League’s top scorers as of Matchweek 25:

  1. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) - 23 goals
  2. Erling Haaland (Manchester City) - 19 goals
  3. Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest) - 18 goals
  4. Alexander Isak (Newcastle United) - 17 goals
  5. Cole Palmer (Chelsea) - 14 goals
