From the very start of the match, Midorikawa/Saito took control, racing to an 8-5 lead with their aggressive play. The Japanese duo’s relentless attacks disrupted the rhythm of their Chinese opponents, preventing them from finding their footing.

Midorikawa/Saito dominated the first-game interval with an 11-5 advantage and continued to build on their momentum.
