Erick Thohir Officially Inaugurates New Board for Indonesian Futsal Federation dan Beach Soccer Association

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - The Chairman of the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI), Erick Thohir, inaugurated the new management of the Indonesian Futsal Federation (FFI) and the Indonesian Beach Soccer Association (ASPI) for the 2024-2028 period on Monday (11/18). Michael Sianipar was appointed as FFI Chairman, with Atta Halilintar as Vice Chairman. Meanwhile, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo was sworn in as ASPI Chairman.

The formation of the new management for these two federations under PSSI aims to align all stakeholders related to football in Indonesia.

"We will undertake a total consolidation to achieve Garuda Mendunia (a globally famous Garuda)," said Erick.

Indonesia recently achieved a milestone by winning the 2024 AFF Futsal Championship after a 14-year wait. Additionally, next year, Indonesia will officially host the AFC Futsal Asian Cup. As for beach soccer, the next event on the agenda is the Beach Soccer Indonesian Festival, scheduled for December 13-15 in Legian, Bali.
