BRI League 1 Results: Persib Bandung vs PSS Sleman
Seatoday.com, Jakarta Persib Bandung is still too tough for PSS Sleman. They slaughtered the Javanese Super Eagles in the match week 17 of BRI Liga 1 2023/2024, Saturday (28/10/2023) evening WIB.
In a match at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Stadium, Bojan Hodak's team, supported directly by thousands of Bobotoh, slaughtered PSS Sleman with a score of 4-1.
Persib's goals were contributed by the suicides of Thales (3'), David da Silva (21'), Frets Butuan (70), and Beckham Putra (77'). Meanwhile PSS Sleman responded once through Kim Jeffrey Kurniawan (36').
The additional three points put Persib in second place in the BRI Liga 1 standings with 31 points. Meanwhile, PSS Sleman is ranked 14th with 19 points.
Not long after the match had started, Persib Bandung was already leading 1-0 in the third minute. The Maung Bandung squad's penetration into the PSS Sleman penalty box ended with Ciro Alves' brilliant execution.
