Diajeng Theresa Singgih Juarai Kelompok Putri Kejuaraan Catur Asia Timur 2023
SEAToday.com, Sabah - Pecatur Indonesia Master Fide Wanita (MFW) Diajeng Theresa Singgih menjuarai Kelompok Putri Kejuaraan Catur Junior Asia Timur 2023, Jumat (8/12) di Sabah, Malaysia. Diajeng menjadi pemenang setelah mengalahkan pecatur Filipina Ma Elayza Villa, dengan nilai total 7,5 poin dari sembilan babak yang telah ia mainkan.
Atas kemenangan ini, Diajeng yang sebelumnya memiliki gelar MFW naik satu tingkat menjadi Master Internasional Wanita (MIW). Selain itu, ia juga mendapat satu norma Grand Master Wanita (GMW).
Dalam kejuaraan yang sama, salah satu putra Indonesia juga berhasil menorehkan prestasinya. IM Aditya Bagus Arfan berhasil menempati peringkat tiga dalam panggung juara.
