SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) (@pssi) has called on Indonesian national team coach Shin Tae-yong (STY) (@shintaeyong7777) to begin immediate preparations for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifier Round 3 matches against Saudi Arabia and Australia scheduled for September 5 and 10.
PSSI Secretary General Yunus Nusi stated that PSSI has urged STY to return immediately. Nusi hopes STY will be back in time for the 2024 President's Cup on Saturday (7/20).
Earlier, Yonhap News Agency reported that the coach has been in South Korea since June 14 after guiding Indonesia through the second round of qualifiers.
