Minister Uno : Indonesia Named Best Host of 2023 Aquabike Jetski World Championship
SEAToday.com, North Sumatra - Indonesia has been named the best host for the 2023 Aquabike Jetski World Championship Series. Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said that he received a report on the title given to Indonesia as the best host or organizer while talking with H2O Racing founder Nicolo Di San Germano at a press conference at Balige Harbor on Saturday (11/25).
H2O Racing founder Nicolo Di San Germano also recognized Lake Toba, North Sumatra, as one of the best venues in the world. According to him, Lake Toba is very interesting and unique. Therefore, he does not rule out the possibility of Lake Toba becoming a training ground for Aquabike and F1 Powerboat.
On the same occasion, Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo said that the Aquabike Championship could be an opportunity for Indonesia to develop national jetski athletes.
