Megawati Replaces Korea's Volleyball Queen in V-League Top Scorer List After Bringing Her Team to Three Consecutive Wins

SEAToday.com, Daejeon - Indonesian volleyball player who plies her trade in South Korea, Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi, performed impressively when her team, Red Sparks, won over Hillstate in a Korean Volleyball League match held at the Daejeon Chungmu Gymnasium, Sunday (4/2). She brought her team to a 3-2 win with a score of 25-23, 23-25, 25-22, 20-25, 15-10.
In that match, the opposite hitter led the attack with 31 points and a success rate of 52.94 percent.
With the addition of 31 points, Megawati collected a total of 559 points this season, and temporarily succeeded in displacing Pink Spiders star, Kim "The Queen" Yeon Kyung, in sixth position in the list of the top 10 best scorers.
This win also completes the Red Sparks' positive results in three consecutive matches, and brings the team from Daejeon to fourth place, behind Seoul KIXX, while maintaining its chances of qualifying for the playoffs.
