Both teams showed their class on matchday four of the 2024/2025 group stage, with Barcelona continuing their strong form this season.

Barcelona dominated their hosts, Crvena Zvezda, at the Rajko Mitic Stadium. The Blaugrana opened the scoring with Inigo Martinez's goal in the 13th minute, followed by Robert Lewandowski’s brace in the 43rd and 53rd minutes.
