SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesian national team midfielder Thom Haye has officially joined Dutch club Almere City FC. Thom Haye is contracted for one season on a free transfer. This news was confirmed through the club’s official website, Friday (9/13).
He revealed his reasons for choosing the club in the Eredivisie. “I chose Almere City with my head and heart. I had good conversations with them in which I was convinced of the strategy on and off the pitch.”
Previously, the 29-year-old footballer had played for several clubs such as Willem II, U.S. Lecce, Ado Den Haag, NAC Breda, and SC Heerenveen.
Furthermore, Almere City FC will compete against Heracles Almelo on Sunday (9/15) at 9.45 PM western Indonesian time.
