SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Women's doubles Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi secured the title for Indonesia at the Taipei Open 2024. They defeated compatriots Jesita Putri Miantoro/Febi Setianingrum 21-15, 21-16 in the final at Taipei Arena on Sunday, 8 September 2024.

In the final match, Ana / Tiwi, who is the second favourite, took control of the game from the start of the first game. It was proven from the Ana / Tiwi score which was always far superior to Jesita / Debi.

Having reduced the margin of advantage 13-14, Jesita / Debi could not maintain the moment to equalise or overtake the position.

Ana/Tiwi's progress was unstoppable until they locked the first game with a score of 21-15 over the seventh seed.

Team Indonesia actually had the opportunity to win two titles from the tournament. However, Putri Kusuma Wardani who played in the women's singles lost to South Korean representative Sim Yu-jin with a score of 17-21, 13-21.
