Lanny/Fadia Make History as First Indonesian Women’s Doubles Champions at Thailand Masters

SEAToday.com, Bangkok - Lanny Tria Mayasari and Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti etched their names in history as the first Indonesian women's doubles pair to win the Thailand Masters. The duo clinched the title after a hard-fought victory over Thailand’s Laksika Kahlaha and Phataimas Muenwong in the final at Nimibutr Stadium, Pathumwan, on Sunday (2/2).
Lanny and Fadia overcame an early setback, rallying to a 15-21, 21-13, 21-8 triumph. This victory marks their maiden title in a BWF Super 300 tournament and serves as redemption for their three previous losses earlier this season.
Meanwhile, three other Indonesian pairs Dejan Ferdinansyah/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Daniel Marthin, and Komang Ayu Cahya Dewi, finished as runners-up in their respective categories.
