FIFA Tunjuk Wasit Asal Iran Bonyadifard Mooud untuk laga Timnas Indonesia vs Jepang
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Federasi Sepak Bola Internasional (FIFA) menunjuk wasit asal Iran Bonyadifard Mooud untuk memimpin pertandingan Timnas Indonesia melawan Jepang di Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 yang akan digelar di Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno, Jumat (15/11) mendatang. Sementara itu, untuk pertandingan Indonesia melawan Arab Saudi pada Selasa (19/11) mendatang akan dipimpin oleh wasit Lutfullian Rustam dari Uzbekistan.
Penunjukan wasit dari konfederasi berbeda ini disambut positif oleh Persatuan Seluruh Sepak Bola Indonesia (PSSI). Lebih lanjut, PSSI berharap, nantinya kepemimpinan wasit tetap netral dan adil.
Diketahui, Bonyadifard Mooud bukan merupakan sosok wasit yang asing bagi pecinta sepak bola Indonesia. Mooud sebelumnya pernah memimpin sejumlah pertandingan di Liga 1 pada 2017. Selain itu, Mooud juga pernah memimpin pertandingan Timnas Indonesia U-19 melawan Jepang U-19 di Perempat Final Piala Asia U-19 2018. Saat itu, Indonesia kalah 0-2 dari Jepang.
