SEAToday.com, Jakarta - AFC menjatuhi denda kepada Pelatih Timnas Indonesia Shin Tae-yong dan dua pemain timnas yaitu Justin Hubner dan Ivar Jenner terkait tindakan mereka pada Piala Asia U-23 2024.
Mereka dinilai melanggar Kode Disiplin dan Etik AFC pasal 50.
Shin Tae-yong dijatuhi denda akibat komentar-komentarnya kepada wasit Nasrullo Kabirov yang memimpin pertandingan Qatar melawan Indonesia pada konferensi pers usai pertandingan.
Pada pertandingan tersebut juga, Ivar Jenner dan Ramadhan Sananta mendapat dua kartu merah dari wasit Nasrullo.
Pelatih Shin kemudian dijatuhi denda 7.500 dolar AS atas pernyataannya tersebut.
Masih dengan pasal yang sama, Hubner dan Jenner pun didenda karena mengunggah konten di media sosial yang menghina dan mempertanyakan integritas hasil laga, pertandingan, kompetensi, negara Qatar, dan Asosiasi Sepak bola Qatar, dan/atau AFC.
Jenner mengunggah foto pemain Qatar yang tersungkur setelah berbenturan dengan Rizky Ridho di akun media sosialnya setelah pertandingan melawan Qatar.
Sedangkan Hubner mengunggah gambar dua bendera Qatar dan emotikon badut setelah pertandingan tersebut.
AFC pun menjatuhi denda kepada eduanya sebesar 5.000 dolar AS.
Sementara itu, Komite Eksekutif PSSI Arya Sinulingga mengatakan PSSI akan membayar denda yang dijatuhkan kepada ketiga orang tersebut.
“Ya itu kan sama seperti hukuman Komdis (Komisi Disiplin), sudah ada aturannya ya. Ya dipenuhi dan akan dilakukan tahapan-tahapan pembayarannya lah sesuai dengan yang ada,” ujar Arya.
