Shin Tae-yong Sebut Australia Salah Satu yang Terkuat di Piala Asia 2023

SEAToday.com, Doha - Pelatih timnas Indonesia Shin Tae-yong mengungkapkan Australia sebagai salah satu tim terkuat di Piala Asia 2023. Hal itu dikatakannya dalam konferensi pers jelang laga yang akan berlangsung pada Minggu (28/1/2024).

“Besok (hari ini, red) tidak akan pernah mudah. Terutama karena Australia adalah salah satu yang terkuat di Piala Asia,” kata Shin Tae-yong seperti dilansir situs resmi PSSI.

Timnas Indonesia menggenggam tiket Babak 16 Besar. Rizky Ridho dkk. finis di posisi ketiga grup D dengan tiga poin di bawah Jepang dan Irak.

Sementara itu, Australia melenggang ke Babak 16 Besar dengan status juara Grup B. The Socceroos lolos dengan 2 kemenangan dan 1 kali hasil imbang.

“Mereka punya fisik dan kekuatan. Saya kira itu adalah aspek yang tekruat dari Australia,” kata Shin Tae-yong.
