Gregoria Mariska Absen di Japan Open dan Korea Open karena Sakit Cacar Air
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Tunggal putri Indonesia Gregoria Mariska Tunjung absen dari tur Asia, termasuk Japan Open dan Korea Open 2024 karena sakit cacar air.
Dalam keterangan PBSI, Sabtu, 17 Agustus 2024, Gregoria sudah merasa tidak enak badan sejak Jumat, 16 Agustus 2024. Lalu pada Sabtu pagi, peraih medali perunggu Olimpiade Paris 2024 ini langsung dilarikan dan dirawat di RS Medistra, Jakarta.
Dokter Pelatnas PP PBSI Tjahyadi Soegiono menyebutkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium, Gregoria terkena virus cacar air.
"Dari hasil lab berupa pemeriksaan darah yang telah dilakukan, bahwa Gregoria mengalami infeksi virus dan dinyatakan terkena penyakit varicella (cacar air)," kata Tjahyadi, dilansir Antara.
Selain absen dari tur Asia, Gregoria juga batal terbang ke Ibu Kota Nusantara untuk mengikuti perayaan HUT ke-79 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.
