Cedera Pinggang, Anthony Ginting Absen di Kumamoto Masters dan China Masters 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Tunggal putra Indonesia Anthony Sinisuka Ginting absen berlaga di Kumamoto Masters dan China Masters 2024 karena cedera pinggang.
"Memang Ginting sudah merasakan sakit pada pinggangnya setelah Denmark Open lalu," kata pelatih tunggal putra, Irwansyah dalam keterangan resmi dikutip dari laman PBSI.
Ia menerangkan bahwa Anthony Ginting telah memeriksa kondisinya dan tengah dalam proses pemulihan.
"Kondisinya sudah jauh lebih baik sekarang tapi belum terlalu siap untuk bertanding lagi jadi diputuskan untuk ditarik di dua turnamen ini," lanjutnya.
Irwansyah menutup, "Harapannya bisa pemulihan total, penguatan otot pinggangnya benar-benar maksimal supaya tahun depan sudah siap dan bagus."
Kumamoto Masters 2024 bakal berlangsung pada 12--17 November 2024 di Kumamoto Prefectural Gymnasium, Kumamoto, Jepang. Sebanyak 16 wakil Merah Putih akan berburu gelar di Negeri Matahari Terbit.
