Demi Skuad Garuda, Patrick Kluivert Janji Belajar Bahasa Indonesia
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pelatih Timnas Indonesia Patrick Kluivert berjanji akan berusaha yang terbaik untuk belajar bahasa Indonesia.
"Saya akan berusaha menerapkan, berbuat lebih banyak lagi untuk belajar bahasa Indonesia," ujar Patrick Kluivert saat diperkenalkan secara resmi kepada publik sebagai pelatih Indonesia di Hotel Mulia, Minggu (12/1).
"Terima kasih" menjadi frasa pertama yang ia ucapkan. Ia mengatakan bahwa frasa ini adalah yang pertama dari sekian banyak frasa yang akan ia pelajari.
"Ini yang pertama dari sekian banyak," ujar pelatih kelahiran Amsterdam tersebut.
PSSI secara resmi mengumumkan Patrick Kluivert sebagai kepala pelatih Timnas Indonesia pada Rabu (8/1). Ia pun dikontrak selama dua tahun dengan opsi perpanjang.
Sementara, Alex Pastoor dan Denny Landzaat menjadi asisten pelatih di Timnas Indonesia. Selain itu, dikabarkan ada juga pelatih asal Indonesia yang menjadi asisten Kluivert.
Dua laga putaran ketiga kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 melawan Australia dan Bahrain pada Maret mendatang akan menjadi laga pertama Kluivert sebagai pelatih Indonesia.
