SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Ganda putra Indonesia Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin meraih gelar juara di Indonesia Masters 2024. Rolly / Daniel mengalahkan pasangan Denmark Kim Astrup / Andres Skaarup Rasmussen lewat pertandingan tiga gim 21-12, 20-22, dan 21-11 di Istora Senayan, Minggu (28/1/2024).

Pada gim pertama, Leo / Daniel tampil apik sehingga membuat Kim / Anders kesulitan. Pasangan peringkat 11 dunia itu bahkan sempat unggul 17-10, sebelum menutup gim pertama dengan kemenangan 21-12.

Namun di gim kedua, Kim / Anders memberikan perlawanan sengit. Kim / Anders berbalik unggul 10-6 sebelum disusul 16-14.

Sayangnya, di detik-detik akhir, Leo / Daniel gagal mempertahankan ritme sehingga kalah 20-22. Pertandingan pun harus berlanjut ke gim ketiga.

Di gim penentuan, Leo / Daniel kembali mendapatkan sentuhan terbaiknya. Mereka pun menang 21-11 dan berhasil mempertahankan gelar di Indonesia Masters.
