Jadwal Liga Inggris Pekan Terakhir: Persaingan Menuju Liga Champions

Man City mengemas 68 poin, disusul Newcastle (66 poin), Chelsea (66 poin), dan Aston Villa (66 poin). Hal itulah yang membuat persaingan masih tetap seru meski juara musim ini telah diketahui.
