Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan juga harus duduk di posisi yang sama setelah kalah 21-11, 21-10 dari He Ji Ting/Ren Xiang Yu.
Sebelumnya, ketiga wakil Indonesia tersebut berhasil melaju ke babak final setelah mengalahkan lawan masing-masing. Ahsan/Hendra melaju setelah mengalahkan Chen Zhi Ray/Lin Yu Chieh 21-14, 17-21, 21-11, Ana/Tiwi unggul atas Setyana Mapasa/Angela Yu 21-13, 21-7, dan Ester menang 21-15, 21-16 atas Pai Yu Po.
