Menpora Berharap Atlet Indonesia Cetak Sejarah Baru di Olimpiade Paris 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sebanyak 29 atlet Indonesia dari berbagai cabang olahraga akan berkompetisi dalam Olimpiade Paris 2024. Jumlah tersebut merupakan yang terbanyak selama 20 tahun terakhir.
Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Dito Ariotedjo mengungkapkan persiapan sudah mencapai 80 persen, 20 persennya tinggal mengurus administrasi dan adaptasi atlet di lapangan.
Ia berharap para atlet dapat menciptakan sejarah untuk Indonesia dalam kompetisi olahraga yang akan digelar pada 26 Juli-11 Agustus tersebut.
“Banyak sekali cabang olahraga yang atletnya untuk pertama kali lolos ke Olimpiade. Jadi, insya Allah ini nantinya hasilnya juga bisa mengukir sejarah baru,” ujarnya.
