Indonesia Jadi Runner Up di Grup A Piala Asia U-23 2024
SEAToday.com, Doha-Tim U-23 Indonesia mencetak sejarah di Piala Asia U-23 2024 sebagai runner-up Grup A mendampingi tuan rumah Qatar.
Melansir situs resmi PSSI, status tersebut didapatkan setelah mengalahkan Yordania dengan skor 1-4 pada laga ketiga Grup A di Stadion Abdullah bin Khalifa, Doha, Qatar, Minggu (21/4/2024).
Tim U-23 Indonesia berhasil mengumpulkan enam poin dari tiga laga. Dengan ini, Garuda Muda lolos ke perempat final atau delapan besar Piala Asia U-23 2024 untuk pertama kalinya.
Selanjutnya, Indonesia sebagai runner up grup A akan melawan juara grup B antara Jepang atau Korea Selatan pada Jumat, 26 April mendatang.
Jepang dan Korea Selatan akan berduel pada Senin (22/4/2024) untuk memperebutkan status juara grup B.
