SEAToday.com, Jakarta - FIFA World Cup menyebut laga Timnas Indonesia vs Jepang dalam pertandingan Grup C ronde ketiga Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 yang akan digelar Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta, pada Jumat (15/11) sebagai pertandingan “Perang Bintang”. Hal tersebut disampaikan melalui akun media sosial Instagram (@fifaworldcup), Rabu (13/11).

Dalam unggahannya, FIFA menampilkan duel pemain kunci Indonesia vs Jepang, yaitu Marselino Ferdinan vs Kaoru Mitoma, Rafael Struick vs Ayase Ueda, Thom Haye vs Hidemasa Morita, Jay Idzes vs Kou Itakura, Ragnar Oratmangoen vs Takefusa Kubo, dan Maarten Paes vs Zion Suzuki. Unggahan tersebut menuai beragam reaksi di masyarakat. Beberapa di antaranya mengaku tak sabar menanti duel tersebut.

Diketahui, skuad Garuda saat ini menempati posisi kelima klasemen sementara Grup C dengan tiga poin dari empat pertandingan yang dijalani. Sementara, Jepang kini ada di puncak klasemen Grup C dengan 10 poin.
