Breakdance Jadi Cabor Terbaru di Olimpiade Paris 2024
SEAToday.com, Paris - Breakdance menjadi cabang olahraga yang debut untuk pertama kalinya di Olimpiade Paris 2024, di mana 16 B-Boy dan 16 B-Girl akan "berhadapan dalam battle solo".
Para atlet akan menampilkan "kombinasi dari gerakan-gerakan power move, termasuk windmill, 6-step, dan freeze, sambil berimprovisasi dan menyesuaikan gaya mereka dengan irama musik DJ," seperti yang dikatakan oleh pihak Olimpiade.
Penambahan cabang olahraga breakdance, yang secara resmi disebut "breaking", hadir setelah pencapaian luar biasa sebagai cabang olahraga percobaan di Olimpiade Remaja Musim Panas 2018 di Buenos Aires. Hal ini menandai momen bersejarah karena breaking menjadi cabang olahraga tari pertama yang dipertandingkan di Olimpiade.
