F1 Powerboat Akan Berlangsung di Danau Toba pada Maret Mendatang
SEAToday.com, Sumatra Utara - PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia atau InJourney akan menggelar ajang balap perahu motor internasional, F1 Powerboat pada 2-3 Maret mendatang di kawasan Danau Toba, Sumatra Utara.
F1 Powerboat akan digelar dua kategori, yaitu endurance dan paralel slalom dan ada 18 pembalap internasional dari 10 negara yang mengikuti ajang ini.
Side event juga diadakan untuk memeriahkan pergelaran ini seperti kompetisi Solu Bolon, kompetisi Aquabike Indonesian Championship dan festival budaya dan UMKM.
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan menyebutkan penyelenggaraan event berskala internasional ini menjadi katalisator bagi daerah dan dapat menciptakan multiplier effect yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk di masyarakat sekitarnya.
