SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Timnas Indonesia akan melakukan duel uji coba menghadapi Tanzania pada Minggu (2/6) sebelum bertanding melawan Irak dan Filipina di Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 zona Asia. Pertandingan tersebut diumumkan Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) di media sosial @timnas.indonesia, Kamis (16/5). Laga tersebut akan berlangsung di Stadion Madya, Jakarta, pukul 16.00 WIB.
Sebelumnya, Indonesia pernah menghadapi Tanzania di Stadion Siliwangi, Bandung, dalam pertandingan persahabatan pada tahun 1997. Kala itu, Indonesia menang dengan skor 3-1 atas Tanzania, yang kini berada di peringkat ke-119 FIFA. Sementara, Timnas Garuda kini berada di urutan 134, naik perangkat usai meraih dua kemenangan atas Vietnam di Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026. (DHITA/ LUTHFI)
