Shin Tae-yong Buka Sekolah Sepak Bola STY Academy di Jakarta
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Pelatih Timnas Indonesia Shin Tae-yong membuat gebrakan baru dengan membuka sekolah sepak bola (SSB) “STY Academy” di Indonesia. Hal tersebut diumumkan di akun instagram (@shintaeyong_academy) dan unggahan Instagram story (@shintaeyong7777), Sabtu (23/11).
Shin Tae-yong yang berperan sebagai pendiri dibantu sejumlah pihak dalam menjalankan akademi tersebut. Ia turut mengajak kompatriotnya, Lee Jun-hon sebagai CEO dan Kim Jae-hee (COO). STY mengaku membangun STY Academy untuk membantu menyiapkan generasi dan memajukan sepak bola muda di Indonesia.
Dalam laman STY Sports Group, lembaga pendidikan tersebut memiliki empat program yang dikategorikan berdasarkan kelompok usia, yakni basic 1 dan 2 (usia 6-13 tahun), execution 1 dan 2 (usia 14-15 tahun), development 1 dan 2 (usia 16-17 tahun), dan transition (usia 18-20 tahun).
