Indonesia Raih Peringkat Delapan World Wushu Championships 2023

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Kontingen Indonesia menempati peringkat kedelapan dalam World Wushu Championships 2023 yang berlangsung di Fort Worth, Texas, Amerika Serikat, pada 16-20 November 2023. Indonesia meraih peringkat di atas tuan rumah, Amerika Serikat, yang mengakhiri turnamen di urutan ke-16. Amerika Serikat meraih satu medali perak dan tiga perunggu.
Dalam ajang yang diikuti oleh 72 negara di dunia tersebut, tim Merah Putih mengirimkan 15 anggota kontingen. Dua nomor lomba yang dipertandingkan yaitu taulo dan sanda. Indonesia berhasil mengoleksi torehan satu medali emas, tiga perak, dan tujuh perunggu.
Satu medali emas dipersembahkan oleh Harris Horatius lewat nomor mens taulo nandao. Sementara tiga medali perak disumbangkan Seraf Naro Siregar (dua medali perak melalui mens tao changquan dan mens taolu gunshu), dan Bintang Reindra Nada Guitara (mens sanda 56 Kg). Sedangkan tujuh perunggu tersebut didapat melalui Harris Horatius (mens taulo nangun), Tasya Ayu Puspa Dewi (womens taulo nanquan), Muhammad Daffa Golden Boy (mens taulo qiangshu dan mens taulo jianshu), Samuel Marbun (mens sanda 65 Kg), Laksamana Pandu Pratama (mens sanda 52 Kg) dan Rosa Beatrice Malau (womens sanda 48 Kg).
